These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Clean n Sober mobile application (“App”), including any content, features, and services offered through the App. By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Clean n Sober App, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. User Responsibilities

  •  Seeking User (Addict): You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during your registration process, including but not limited to your profile details and recovery data. You agree not to misuse the app or use it for unlawful or inappropriate activities.
  • Rehab Centers: By listing a rehab center on the App, you represent and warrant that the facility you list is properly licensed and adheres to all relevant legal requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of your rehab center profile.
  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Keep your account information, including your login details, secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Facility Listings

Rehab Centers may create a profile by providing required information such as facility name, images, contact information, services, and licensing details. You acknowledge that by submitting this information, the rehab center is authorized to do so and that the App has the right to display it publicly.

5. User Content

You may upload, submit, or share content through the App, including profile details, images, reviews, and feedback. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for purposes related to the operation of the App.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of the App may require payment (e.g., advertising, premium listings). By subscribing or making a payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified. Payments are processed by third-party services, and you should review their terms and conditions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using the App:

  • Use of the App for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Uploading content that is obscene, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the App or the servers/networks connected to the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions in the App’s settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the services offered through the App. You agree that we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or through other communication channels. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
